Ha Bui, Owner
I've been in the fitness industry for over 11 years covering the Oklahoma City, Edmond, Yukon and Metro area. I can't think of anything else I would love to do more. I'm certified through NSCA-CPT and CSCS and have a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Southern Nazarene. Fitness is what I naturally think about on a daily basis. I went into this field because I'm passionate about changing people's lives. I give my best and 100% to every client who wants to improve on their health and fitness. I work with a wide range of clients from die hard workout fanatics to clients who just want to look and feel better. I love playing basketball and working out.
As a business owner who has been open for 4 years and worked for over 60-70+hours/week on a consistent basis, I understand that not everyone is going to have time to workout. We have systems in our fitness programs put into place to help maximize results in a short amount of time and keep you accountable in what you do outside of the studio. Our philosophy is as long as you are making baby steps to progress forward within your lifestyle, then you will achieve your goals in life. It's the matter of making a commitment to yourself to make those small changes in your life for the better. Building a successful business as a personal trainer and business owner in Oklahoma City does not happen overnight just like it does not take overnight reach your health and fitness goals. It takes the love of something to help motivate you and the commitment to follow through. Find the love and the reasons why you want to be healthy or go the next level with your fitness and follow it through until the very end. I have a very strong conviction in applying the same philosophy with everything I do with life. Find something that you love to do and don't ever give up on it! |

I was born in Oklahoma City and grew up in Dallas Texas. I have known that personal fitness has been a passion of mine ever since Junior High School when I was introduced to circuit training and two-a-day practices for football. Since then I have never lost the urge to stop training. After four years of 5A High school football, I decided to leave Texas.
I joined the United States Marine Corps in March of 99. All the training I had previously received seemed substantially minute compared to what they had me doing in the Marines. During my enlistment I was in charge of my platoons’ weekly physical fitness regimen. Eight years and who knows how many miles later I was Honorably Discharged. I am currently working on my A.A.S. at OSU OKC. I am very interested in muscle confusion and am constantly reading and looking for new and fun ways to keep my clients having fun while training and obtaining their personal goals.

I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people reach their personal goals. I have a background in sports and training from football, track and basketball. In high school while attending Edmond Santa Fe High School I received All District, All Area and All State Honors in football and track. I started playing football my junior year in high school and received 2 letters.
After high school I received a full scholarship to play football at Baylor University which is one of the toughest conferences in the nation. While attending Baylor I received All Big 12 Honors and was named Offensive MVP of the team my junior and senior year. During the summer in school I worked as a track coach for kids 3 years to 18 years of age. Also, I was personal training kids on the side preparing for the upcoming football season. I have trained men and women of all ages also.
My belief is that you don’t have to be an athlete to train like an athlete. I’m a very intense trainer and only accept results. I have a different style of training and I am always looking for new and creative ways to exercise. I have an open minded personality and I’m very outgoing. I’m very easy to get along with and have fun while working out. |
